Send & Collect Logistics needed to modernize its digital platform, transforming a complex and outdated booking system into a streamlined, intuitive experience for its users. As the UI/UX Designer, my mission was to simplify the entire process of sending and tracking parcels.

The focus was on enhancing clarity and efficiency. By redesigning the core user journey, the goal was to reduce booking errors, increase user trust, and provide a transparent, easy-to-use interface that could compete with modern logistics leaders.

How I Start This Project

The project began with a thorough analysis of the existing platform to identify key user pain points. I then developed detailed user flows for both sending and tracking a package, which served as the blueprint for the new design. Using these flows, I created interactive low-fidelity wireframes to test and validate the new, simplified structure before moving to the visual design.

The new interface was designed to provide clarity at every step. After the launch, Send & Collect reported a 25% reduction in user errors during the booking process and a significant decrease in related customer support tickets, directly validating the effectiveness of the new, user-centric design.
